| Ravi Amble, Vice Chairman |

Ravi Amble is an investor and strong supporter of the TeleVital vision. Ravi has spent most of his professional career in the information technology area. He is an accomplished senior level technology executive directly responsible for the exponential growth of two successful information technology companies. As the Vice Chairman of TeleVital he brings with him entrepreneurial vision in technology and business development.
Under his leadership as the co-founder and COO of Rapidigm, Rapidigm Inc. received the recognition as one of America’s 500 fastest Growing Companies for 2 years in a row. His strengths are in the areas of business technology, innovative business models and value creation in addition to setting the vision and providing the direction.
He received his Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and Masters in Computer Science from West Chester University. |

Prof Shivaram Malavalli has 25 years of Industrial and Research experience, mentoring technocrat entrepreneurs
and supporting them during their establishment, sustenance and growth. His experience provides strategic
direction to the organization in making it a leader in the eHealth Space.
He was instrumental in establishing the first Science & Technology Entrepreneurs Park (STEP) in the country as
Director and a Technology Business Incubator, catalyzing the establishment of ICT enterprises with R&D, HRD, and
business facilitation. He is also the Member Secretary National Advisory Committee, Chairman Organizing
Committee for the All India Workshop on ICT for Masses, Chairman of The Institution of Engineers India and
President of the Mysore IT Forum. He is the recipient of a citation and medal by WASME (World Association of
Small & Medium Enterprises) in China, for his contribution to the establishment & growth of SME’s in the region.
He received his Master’s in Industrial Design from IIT Bombay and a PGD in Computer Programming from University
of Mysore. |

| Albert Comparini, COO, US Operations |

Dr. Albert Comparini has a broad background in electronics and manufacturing, with more than 20 years experience establishing and managing business and technology operations. He served as the General Manager for Siemens' North American Fiber Optic business, and later for Infineon's Fiber Optic Business Unit. Prior to managing business units for Siemens and Infineon, he held positions of Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Operations, and Director of New Business and Technology Development. In these positions, he built product development and marketing organizations and successfully established businesses for Fiber Optic transceiver, modulator and cable products, and for Electro-Optic products used in disk drive and consumer electronic applications. Albert is the author of several technical papers and two patents.
He has a doctorate in Engineering and Applied Physics from Yale University and an MBA from the University of Hartford. |
