TeleVital Inc co exhibited with the Indian Space Research Organization
(ISRO) at this year's 54th International Astronautical Congress.
TeleVital was demonstrating the software being used by ISRO to connect
remote rural clinics to Super Specialty urban medical centers in
India over its INSAT-1C telecommunications satellite.

TeleVital was invited to present at the 1st Annual American Telemedicine
Associations Fall Forum. At that conference Yair Lurie, Business
Development director presented a paper titled " Vital Sign Monitoring
at the Home, School, Work-site, Hospital and Remote Locations" which
highlighted the scalability of using a Browser based Client Server
architecture for deploying telemedicine services.

TeleVital was named “Best-of-Showcase” at TiEcon 2003 and received
the award from Steve Young, athlete and social entrepreneur. The
company showcased its unique browser-based telemedicine software,
VitalWare™, at the conference and demonstrated the software’s preventive
health monitoring capabilities to conference attendees. TeleVital’s
- software is being used by medical professionals and their patients
globally to remotely monitor a wide range of vital signs such as
pulmonary disorders, blood sugar and cholesterol levels all with
the simple use of a cell phone, computer or television.

| ATA - American Telemedicine
Association Annual Conference |

TeleVital exhibited its real-time browser-based telemedicine
testing and monitoring system at the American Telemedicine Association
(ATA) Conference. TeleVital demonstrated its telemedicine applications
by streaming real-time EKG data of ‘patients’ in Chennai, India.
The real-time demo was projected in the TeleVital booth. Simultaneously
the company was able to communicate with remote ‘patients’ by using
TeleVital’s new low bandwidth audio and video applications. TeleVital
also demonstrated remote monitoring applications for homehealth
care, rural medical consultations and triage and mobile healthcare
where vital signals from ambulances, airplanes and ships could be
monitored live over low bandwidth connections. At the ATA conference
Mr. Russell Hummel, a MITAC senior biomedical engineer, won the
first place award in the Technology Division for best scientific
poster presentation entitled “Tele Anesthesiology: Remote Physiologic
Monitoring by Satellite Phone and the Internet”. The poster demonstrated
one of TeleVital’s real-time remote monitoring applications allowing
for anesthesia monitoring (EKG, Sp02, ETC02, RR, Blood Pressure,
and Audio & Video) over a satellite phone.

| ICMAT Indian Conclave on the Medical Aspect
of Telemedicine |

| TeleVital sponsored and exhibited its real-time
browser-based telemedicine system at the first Indian Conclave on
the Medical Aspect of Telemedicine (ICMAT) held at Narayana Hrudayalaya
Hospital in Bangalore. During the conference TeleVital showcased
its telemedicine network, by monitoring vital signs (EKG, Spirometry,
pulse oximetry, respiration rate and CO2) of four patients in four
different locations real-time including: Trivandrum, Kerala, Chennai,
Tamil Nadu, Milpitas, California and an ambulance patient in Bangalore,
Karnataka. TeleVital was recognized as an innovative telemedicine
solution world by reknown doctors attending the conference including:
Dr. Kasturi Rangan, chairman of ISRO, Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty, chairman,
Narayana Hrudayalaya and Ms. Sangeeta Reddy, Managing Director,
