| TeleVital Inc was invited by 3COM to
co-exhibit TeleVital’s real-time vital-sign monitoring
technologies using 3COM’s wired and wireless network
infrastructures. The 2004 NetWorld+Interop was held in Las
Vegas. During the conference TeleVital exhibited for the first
time a solution for monitoring patients located in Intensive
Care Units (ICU). During the exhibit TeleVital’s and 3COM’s
solutions were highlighted and broadcasted throughout the Middle
East by the Middle East Television Network, Inc. |

| TeleVital co-exhibited in Medetel with the
Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for the second time.
Representing ISRO was L. S. Satya Murthy who presented a paper
titled “Telemedicine - A Healing Touch Through Space for
Specialty Health Care Delivery to Remote and Rural Population in
India” to an enthusiastic audience where he described how ISRO
is providing telemedicine services and satellite communication
technologies to the most remote and poorest villages in the
country. In the next year, ISRO plans to launch a satellite
dedicated for the delivery of health care services throughout
the country. Ravi Amble, CEO of TeleVital also presented a paper
titled “Delivering Low Bandwidth Telemedicine Services Over
Hybrid Networks in Developing Countries” where he explained how VitalWare is being used in several developing countries to
provide telemedicine services over a variety of different
networks. According to Frost and Sullivan Medetel is one of the
major international telemedicine and eHealth trade and
conference events in Europe, representing companies and health
care organizations from all over the world. |
