| Applied Information Technology Forum on HIV/AIDS and Healthcare Delivery-The Corporate Council on Africa, Washington D.C – March 2005 |
| Applied Technology Forum on Healthcare Delivery hosted by the CCA HIV/AIDS Initiative convened CCA corporate members and partners; including representatives from the communications and the digital and information technology industries, the pharmaceutical industry, the NGO sector, the international donor community, and the Ambassadorial Corps; to discuss the creation of new markets and the expansion of current markets through the innovative application of existing technologies in response to African healthcare delivery and healthcare infrastructure. TeleVital presented a paper on Telemedicine: The Collaboration and Coordination of Healthcare Services Over a Distance. The paper was presented along with I-LINX. |

Telemedicine for Global Health Care, March 17-19, 2005, JRD Tata Auditorium, Bangalore, India
International Telemedicine Conference, INTELEMEDINDIA-2005 was co-sponsored by TeleVital. A one-day workshop was organized by TeleVital to bring in awareness about the benefits of telemedicine and methodology of operations. Healthcare service providers, doctors, technologists, software, R&D personnel, government organizations and NGOs attended the workshop.
TeleVital exhibited and demonstrated its real time telemedicine software. Mr. Kumar Malavalli, Chairman, TeleVital and Co-Founder Brocade Communications, USA presented a paper on National e–health grid – Challenges and criticality of Storage, Disaster recovery. Mr. Ravi Amble, CEO of TeleVital also presented a paper on e–Health and Telemedicine Technology Trends- An Industry approach.

H'ble Home minister of India Sri. Shivaraj Patil visited the telemedicine centre at Primary Health Centre - Cambell Bay, Andaman & Nicobar Island, India
on 14th February, 2005. Telemedicine setup was established at Primary Health Centre, Cambell Bay on Feb 10th 2005. The Primary Health Center provides treatment for the Tsunami victims by establishing a connection to G.B. Panth Hospital, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island.
